What are your rates and payment policies?
All rates and services are subject to availability and may change at any time. You can request an estimate before booking. Payment is due at the time of service; I do not offer payment plans. I accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and checks. Please note that a 3% swipe fee will be added to all card transactions. If a check does not clear the bank, a $25 return fee will apply. How old does my puppy have to be to be groomed?
I offer discounted “mini sessions” as an introduction to grooming for new puppies. These starter sessions are designed to help your furry baby get comfortable with the grooming process before transitioning to full grooming services. Since every breed is different, please contact me to discuss what’s best for your puppy.

A full-service grooming appointment includes a nail trim, ear cleaning, exterior anal gland expression, a bath, a blowout for a smooth coat, and a professional cut or trim tailored to your dog’s needs.
What is your policy on parasites (fleas/ticks)?
At Tuxedo Paws, the health and safety of all dogs and staff are top priorities. If fleas are found on your dog(s), they will need to be picked up immediately and will not be able to return until they have been treated by a veterinarian. After documentation of proper treatment and a flea-free clearance from the vet, we will reschedule your appointment. Ticks will be removed for an additional charge. Please understand that parasites pose a serious health hazard to all dogs and staff in the facility, and this policy ensures a safe environment for everyone.
